Red Lobster

The dining we experience was top-notch due to our superior hostess/server, Tasharae. She had an upbeat personality that showed throughout the meal. I ordered the Crab Carbonara; it was full of crab meat, bacon, tomatoes and linguine noodles. Those cheddar bay biscuits-- "chef's kiss" delicious! My lunch partner had the fish and chips which cooked to Golden brown perfection. The mango lemonade was sweet and tart, a good blend.

Our server was helpful with the menu, attentive, extremely busy but, that didn’t bother her, and was willing to joke around which was nice. So sad that it’s her last couple weeks there, super sweet woman. People could use more servers like her! I even observed her willing to take the time and help the team with their guests. Great Valentines meal overall ❤️

Food was excellent!!! Those cheese biscuits were endless. Special blessings to Tracie & Skarlett 2 wonderful hostesses that catered to our every need and answered all our questions.

We came on my birthday 3/1, purple server immediately found out it was my birthday and said she was going to bring me a sweet treat since it was my birthday. When we were done with our meal, she said do you still want the birthday treat. I said sure, she asked me what I wanted. She came back and said unfortunately they were out of ice cream I said thats fine we can just do the cake. Then she returned with the cake stating we would be charged for it. I had the app and a reward so I used it, she wrote the code down but then when we paid she still charged us 9.99 for the cake. I was a server for 20 years, this is not how you upset. She should not have made it seem like I would get the cake for free for my birthday and when we asked about the diacount not being added she kindof joked it off. N

We came here to Hot Springs for a womens conference and had lunch here and it was amazing! Heavens waiters were busy so she stepped in and got our food to us quickly. Our waiter, Lee, continously checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed!! It was an amazing lunch experience!
