Red Lobster

food was amazing! Our server Tauren was a little shy, but he did very well. confidence is key! the atmosphere was not all that. they had 5 or 6 tables during my meal and they put everyone all in one section it was hard to hear myself think. they should seat guests a little further apart for privacy and comfort.

Valentine’s night was packed, but the front staff handled it well (5/5) and our waitress stayed great despite the rush. Biscuits were flavorful (a bit salty). Seafood boil was tasty, though the corn was cold and potatoes undercooked. Biggest issue: dirty utensils and outdated décor.

When I first came to the U.S., Red Lobster felt like a fairly upscale chain restaurant, well known for its premium seafood dishes. I still clearly remember my parents taking me there years ago to try their lobster combo—it left a lasting impression on me. In recent years, especially after the pandemic, I’ve heard from friends that many Red Lobster locations have closed. This time, thanks to an NBA50 delivery coupon, I finally had the chance to revisit Red Lobster through takeout and tried their Ultimate Tri Shrimp combo, which lets you choose three different shrimp preparations. I personally really enjoyed the shrimp pasta—the rich, creamy white sauce paired perfectly with the pasta and was very satisfying. First time at Red Lobster. Biscuits were amazing and our server was great. Unfortunately, the kitchen somehow completely forgot the corn and potatoes from my Sailor's Seafood Boil. It was just a bag of shrimp and sausage! Lol I have no idea how that goes unnoticed because the bag only weighed about 1lb, half of what it should have been.

Jeremie was an amazing server! He was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly passionate. He made sure we were comfortable the entire time and took great care of us from start to finish. His positive attitude and excellent service really stood out and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again!
