Red Lava B and B

Great deal price-service. Beautiful located on lava devastation field. Just a short walk from the observation post of the sea. Beautiful sky view at night. Low budget stay but really beautiful. You need a car. I’ll stay again when in Grand Island.

This was a very clean, comfortable and unique stay. We slept so well with the lack of noise, good light-blocking curtains and comfy bedding. The unit was simple, but had everything we needed. I really liked the shower open to the stars. It was private to our unit and attached at the back. The water warmed up very quickly too. The shower had nice toiletries, which was great because our next stay was more expensive but didn’t even have shampoo. In the morning the lovely host offered us coffee and we were able to connect to WiFi to load a map and some info for our journey. He was also very responsive over text and phone when I made the reservation and when I had questions about getting there. This is right off the main road in this area, so it was easy to find with this Google Maps location.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The owners had a lot of knowledge about the land and the hawaiin culture. The views of the ocean and being on an actual volcano blew my mind and the stars at night were the brightest i have ever seen them. Being able to take a warm show outsidw with the stars out was so beautiful. The room was so updated and perfectly clean. I would definitely stay here again and again. I would highly recommend this spot!

I stayed at red lava bnb for three nights. The place is truly amazing and the surroundings one of their kind! The host is very nice, commumicative and helpful. There was everything we needed for our „glamping” experience: running water, some food for breakfast/snacks, coffee, tea, comfortable bed. They are just setting up the place so everything is new. There was no wifi available when we were there but as far as I know it is just a matter of days that they install everything. They are also planning to add a sink and stove in the kitchen for guests to cook (right now there is only a camping stove). I highly recommend!

Best experience ever!! I seen rainbows walking to me in the mornings you can see the ocean and sunsets in the morning and sunsets AMAZING!!!! It was a very magical experience 💕🌺😍😍😍
