Puna Poke and Grill LLC

So delicious! I was happy to have had this place pop up when I was looking for dinner near Volcano and it was worth the drive. Generous portions of fresh amazing poke and clear menu choices for gluten free.

The poke here is ‘broke da mouth’ good!!! 🤤🤤🤤 It’s so savory. I picked out Puna sweety poke and slippery Hawaiian poke with Wakame. My bf absolutely loves their ahi katsu with jaw dropping amazement. This place is truly a gem in the heart of Pahoa town. With its warm, one-of-a-kind ambiance, the restaurant is an ideal setting for a memorable meal, whether on a date or with friends.

Everything was delicious! We got the Mauka bombs, firecracker musubi, potato Mac salad, broccoli crab salad and slippery Hawaiian poke by recommendation. She even made the Musubis fresh for us. Everything came out pretty fast. The place is clean and bright. Staff was nice and friendly. Only regret is that we didn’t order more.

FOOD IS AMAZING. The location is perfect and the service is excellent. Super cool and clean locals. Local myself and I felt clean, full and happy with everything. Food was made fresh and quick! Would HIGHLY recommend!

My family and I recently traveled to Hawaii from Canada and were walking around Pāhoa when we saw this cute lil place. We loved the food, and ate there a couple times while on holiday. The gal managing the place is super sweet, and the food is so fresh and delicious. My favourite was the boneless pineapple short ribs and my wife loved the poke bowl. Make sure you get the rice how it’s normally served, you won’t be disappointed!
