Red Knapps American Grill

Have not been to Red Knapps American Grill in quite a while. I was in the mood for fish and chips and remembered they had pretty good fish and chips. So I stopped in for lunch. I decided on the two piece of fish with chips and coleslaw 😋. The bread basket was an added treat. Andrea was my server and she was very good 👍🏻. Pricing for the meal was reasonable I thought and the service was very good, so a 5 star was in order. Would definitely return when I am looking for fish and chips.

The food was meh. The bread was the only highlight. The mozzarella sticks were the decent, nothing too fancy. My ravioli was basically a soup. It clearly seems like they were pre-made, as if they were from Costco. The meat inside of the beef ravioli was also meh. It wasnt inedible, but it wasnt enjoyable either. However, the service was the best part of the experience. Our server, Whitney, was really kind and sweet (which is what is keeping this review from being 1 star.) I definitely do not reccomend this place. There are better options outside of Red Knapps American Grill.

Ref Knapps Put together a last-minute same-day catering order for our eighth grade Oxford cheer team. I called them at 11 AM and they were able to accommodate for a pick up at 6 PM for 100 chicken tenders. Amazing customer service! The staff was eager to help!

1st time in and the entire menu sounded so good! Ended up with jambalaya linguine which was fantastic. Will definitely be going back to try so many more dishes! Our waitress was fantastic too, friendly, kept our glasses full, and made great suggestions.

Attempted to order a turkey sandwich tonight, plain and COLD. No extra sides, no extra accommodations, but was met with "they cant do make that order". Ive ordered this sandwich MANY times in the past and this was the 2nd time out of 20 times that ive been told its impossible to make. Using the same bread, same turkey as you have for the other sandwiches. Why? You guys would make more money off of a plain turkey sandwich then anything else off of your menu. I will never be returning.
