Mid Hudson Valley Library System Road Trip! The Red Hook Library is super cute, a really unique building. Parking entrance is north of the building, with the lot in the back. The back entrance to the library accesses the childrens area, including a little outdoor play space, and elevator/stairs to the main floor. Main floor has lots of quaint corners to sit in and do quiet work, and a nice "library of things" and seed library in addition to books.
Very tranquil and cozy space that's great for reading or quiet work. Staff are helpful and they have some tools to lend out a well as books and videos.
Haven't been in a while but the staff has always been very kind, welcoming & helpful. Far cry from how they unfortunately treat you at Starr Library. Keep up the good work
A community library that is very accommodating. I have been going there since I moved here in 2014.
Super chill public place. This would be the perfect subject of a documentary, Beck yeah.
