Food is always taste amazing; food waiting time is always between 10-15 min. The atmosphere is great with good music. They did not have Inka Kola or chicha morada this time but Guarana is available at the fountain drinks station.

I ordered the Arroz Chaufa. It was too salty and the chicken was dry. My wife ordered salad with rice and chicken. Again the chicken was dry. Like it had been under a heat lamp for way too long. Not enjoyable. Several other menu choices were unavailable. The floor was sticky throughout the whole restaurant. The bathroom was dirty. Won't go back to this location

They lost our ticket. We ordered food at the front, sat down and waited, checking in every once in a while and then when it had been almost half an hour my husband asked what was going on with our food, since we'd been waiting so long. The woman at the front said they didn't have any orders under our name. She went to the back, said they must have lost our ticket? Which seems kind of crazy seeing as it's a digital system.
