Red Dragon Bao

This food truck is seriously a hidden gem. I ordered the beef soup noodles and a boba tea, and everything came out in about 15 minutes, which was impressive especially since they were busy. The beef soup noodles were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The broth was rich , and the portion were very filling. You can tell they care about the quality of the ingredients. The boba tea was just as good. Not too sweet a perfect treat for those warmer days. If you are looking for something fresh, satisfying, and worth your time, this spot absolutely delivers. Super yummy, I will definitely be coming back.

Hidden behind Michelle's is this magical little food trailer! We grabbed some amazing noodles dumplings and bow and loved every bite! 10 of 10 would recommend will return!

We ordered a variety of things (baos, potstickers, soup dumplings) and all of it was fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly. This is now on my personal shortlist of the very best stuff to eat in Liberty Hill, we will absolutely be back.

Wow!!! We ordered potstickers, dumplings, Bao, and chow mein fit Chinese New Year as and it was amazing!!! True home cooked recipe quality. We can’t wait to go back to try other menu items.
