Wonderful smoothies and a small business worth supporting. Found it from Google Maps traveling North on I95 and so glad I took the short detour. Had the pineapple-mango with the healthy greens booster and highly recommend it!
First time trying Rapid Nutrition but it won’t be my last!! I tried the Strawberry Pineapple smoothie, very delicious and filling!! The owner was very friendly and inviting!! I’ll def be back for more smoothies and ZUMBA!!
My waffle with over cooked. Not sure how it's supposed to taste, but its very dry. I order the house mix no special mix. I haven't tried my bowl yet.
O and Alana go above and beyond every time to deliver the best tasting teas and shakes!!! Highly recommend!
