Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza

Im my opinion the pizza was pretty bad for no reason. It was dry, with little flavor and sauce. The cashier was a bit unfriendly and would rather talk to her co workers than keep a brief eye on the only pizza order in the restaurant. Disappointing..

I have been to the Ramunto's in North Adam's, apparently same company different management. I had a 2 slice and drink. The hawaian slice was very good, the 2nd piece was a ricotta cheese, tomato and bits of broccoli. That was great. The taste was very flavourful. Although not as fancy as the other, this place is nice and peaceful.

Every Ramunto's is a little different. What makes Bennington's stand out are the burgers from Henry's Market. Try the Carnivore Burger! And try not to be intimidated by the weird service model (no wait staff - you order at the counter and wait for your food or at the bar).

Really disappointed with ramunto’s tonight. Placed a delivery order at 5:50 and didn’t get the pizza till 7:45 when it was only supposed to take 45 minutes and having to heat it up in my oven because it is so cold.

The food is good when it’s right. The staff literally has zero care tho. I’ve ordered here about 20 times this year. It’s been wrong more than half those times. Liked the wrong toppings on the pizza, the wrong size pizza. Sometimes the garlic knots are so hard you can literally hear them smacking the counter. Today the cheese calzone was missing its cheese. Like. The calzone was EMPTY and the cardboard box was covered in cheese. There’s no way they didn’t know that when they put it in the box. That the calzone was OPEN and all of the cheese would fall out. They’ve complained about having to remake our pizza when they put pepperoni on the cheese pizza - or when they put onions on the cheese pizza. Check your food before you leave and skip the delivery. It’s sooo good. When it’s right.
