Ramen Mura Rodeo 39

I ate here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon a little after 1PM. It wasn't busy yet so I was immediately seated. The seats are up against the bar and aren't raised. Thankfully, their seats and tables can accommodate whether you're dining solo or with a small group. I am fond of the dimmed ambience as it fits the dark black aesthetic. I ordered their Miso Ramen, which comes with ground pork, green onion slices, mushrooms, soft boiled egg and ramen noodles. The pork broth had an umami taste while it complements the al dente noodles and ground pork. I chose to avail the BOGO 50% deal they currently offer upon pairing the ramen with specialty rolls. I chose the Hawaiian Roll which is a California roll topped with tuna and avocado slices. The Hawaiian Roll was a bit heavily dipped in soy sauce

1. The ramen has nice thickness to the broth, and it was not too spicy! The sushi roll was also good! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The interior is cozy! 3. The staff were friendly and timely! Had some sushi here with my kid and it was really good! Got a California roll, Washington roll, and Philadelphia (yes, we love salmon hah), as well as the Furukaki fries. The portions were a good size. The salmon was fresh, good cuts and the kind of fatty you want in salmon. The fillings were fresh as well. Prices were fair which is a plus these days! The food selection is fairly limited but they clearly go for quality over quantity. So, pleasantly surprised for a random spot in a food court!

Best bang for the buck!!! Hard eat anywhere for 2 for under $30, did it for $24. Had the black and spicy tonkatsu ramen. Both were good but I preferred the black because it was creamy and had great flavor

We decided to make a stop here before going into Disneyland and we’re glad we did! We ordered the spicy tonkotsu & black ramen as well as the salmon lover & the spider roll. The broth was delicious & the rolls were amazing! 🤩 Caroline was our server & the only one serving. She did amazing with the new opening rush! We will be back ❤️😊
