Bun Cha 1008

My husband and I came here and ordered Hanoi-style bun cha, bun rieu, and fried crab spring rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous, with lots of meat, and we were very satisfied after the meal. The owner is very, very sweet and welcoming, and her warm hospitality made the experience even better. This is our honest feeling , the food here is truly great. We hope more people will come and enjoy this place. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you cant get to Hanoi, just go here. Not much of a drop off in terms of taste. Amazing bun cha and crab egg rolls. Not a big menu but usually the really good restaurants only do a few things very well. Bun cha is very delicious, but the crab egg rolls are probably the best egg rolls ive had maybe ever. Including in saigon and hanoi. Must try spot across from rodeo in stanton. Only bad thing is the location has four small tables so basically a take away place. I think tho that this place will expand to a much larger restaurant. It is an amazing spot.

This place has a limited menu, serving bun cha with a variety of meats. The food was decent, not spectacular. They fire grill their meats but it wasn’t smoky for some reason, so that was disappointing. Their patty meat was also a bit too firm for my taste. The fish sauce is light and sweet, so that was good. Food here is pretty pricey although it’s not any more special than other places which are more affordable. They don’t provide free water cups, only bottled water for purchase. One downside is that they don’t have a bathroom inside the restaurant, their bathroom is located behind the restaurant where there were a lot of transients so it’s kinda shady. Recommend to use the bathroom at the Walmart instead of risking your lives to use their back door bathroom.

I just being honest. Room for improvement on the flavorings. Perhaps other dishes were better to get a 4.9. Mine were 3/5 for food. Great service, tho.

Service and pricing were acceptable. Bún chả Hà Nội was nothing special. I just couldn’t take another bite of the nem rán cua bể because it was extremely oily and overly salty. It also didn’t look very appetizing, and the wrapper didn’t seem to be made with the correct bánh tráng used for nem rán. It did not meet my standard of taste.
