Ralph's Water Ice

Bad customer service, and the menu and the allergy menu do not match. The owner was rude and told me to pick something on the menu, which I had done, instead of simply agreeing that the binder should be updated since it did not list the ingredients for the menu item I had chosen properly. He kept walking away, without saying anything to excuse himself, instead of sounding apologetic. It is okay if they have nothing that can be eaten with the allergies. The problem was the attitude. We will not return.

The red raspberry flavor is by far my favorite because there are real raspberry bits in there. The custard is also great.

The ice cream is here are different. They have their own icy, homemade ice cream, and they layer it between an unusual soft serve, vanilla or chocolate. They also have what I would call Italian ice that they will layer between the soft serve. You can have the ice cream or Italian ice straight, without soft serve. Will definitely be back.

First off the icee I got was very good. But when I went to pay there was a ten dollar limit for cards which is understandable but I only got one medium icee so i had was forced to pay ten dollars for a 4.50 icee and when I told them to charge ten dollars I asked the person behind me what they wanted trying to pay for there order to get to the ten dollar minimum. Instead I was told with attitude she already charged me for two large icees so he could only get a large icee. I just find this bad service and do not believe the attitude was needed as I had no issue paying ten dollars but would of liked to be able to pay for another persons order with the extra money they received. Instead I had to pay ten dollars for a 4.50 order.
