Lisa is one of the kindest B and B owners I've ever met! The place was so clean, accommodating and filled with warmth. I loved the decor as well. This is my new beach home! Her breakfast was delicious with fresh baked goods, fresh fruit and an egg and veggie casserole! You'd be really lucky to stay here, it is well worth the trip! I didn't want to leave! I went for a week to Bath Avenue Guest House with my friend who both raises and trains dogs. With the owner of the B & B's permission, my friend took a very well-mannered corgi with us who honestly slept through the night with the exception of one "broof" when someone slammed a door. At 7 a.m.--or earlier, actually, I got a Very hostile call from Lisa, the innkeeper, saying that she got three complaints claiming that they heard a dog barking all night. She demanded that we leave right away. She didn't even bother to ask if it were true or not or ask others on the floor whether they heard anything. Several other guests came to me to say that they heard nothing. If the complainers indeed existed at all and if they heard anything, it was 100 percent NOT my friend's corgi. I am a ligh

We had the most amazing experience at Lisa’s B&B. The location is the perfect walking distance to the beach and a cute strip of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy as well as the shared bathrooms which we had no problem with. We sat and ate breakfast with Lisa and the other guests every morning which made this feel like a real family vacation. Overall I cannot recommend the Bath Ave guest house enough as it is charming, affordable, and has the most welcoming environment. Thanks to Lisa, we will be back!

The saying come as guests leave as family rings true for this amazing B&B. We booked last minute not expecting much and left already planning our next trip back. Lisa makes you feel right at home and has put together a welcoming and comfortable B&B experience. Breakfast time in the dining room while talking with other guests was one of our favorite memories from the trip. The rooms were a perfect size and included a sink. Shared bathrooms were never busy and always clean. The location is close to the main road with lots of shopping and eateries and also right down the block from the beach! We went to a lot of the typical Jersey shore bars while staying(osprey, bar a, etc) and never had trouble getting an Uber for cheap. If you stay once you’ll want to be a regular for life.

2 block walk from the shore. Good prices for rooms, breakfast was excellent. The owner was an absolute delight. Big spacious porch to spend evenings on. Sharing a bathroom and showers are never an issue
