Ralph's Italian Ices

we love ralph’s ever since they opened our daughter is now 25 years old and we love have been enjoying it ever since her birth. Every time we go there we spend at least $50 -$75.00. The only negative thing is that spending so much money you would think they would give us a break or something for free. Some locations the young teenagers have a little bit of an attitude. So we started going to different locations. Also some of them don’t pack the ices deep into the containers . we were even considering finding out about opening a store

Went here today with my children after a fun day at the pool and the lack of customer service and pure laziness from these two young ladies was completely unacceptable. Due to the poor service I decided I’ll travel 10 mins further to spend my money and at that location his service was truly remarkable.

Customer service is poor. They took my payment for making my milkshake. And then they gave me the wrong milkshake. Asked them to correct my drink since that was not what I ordered. They told me to stand on the back of the line. The line is far around the corner of the block. It was their mistake of making me the wrong order and they are taking no responsibility of fixing their mistake. Won't ever be coming back here. The drinks aren't that amazing anyway for the price. If I could I would give it no stars.

Love Ralph’s of course but this location should have an extra person working. Always seems like 2 people fighting for their life against the crowds lol.

I love their soft ice cream. The chocolate is so smooth and rich. However I would like to see more consistency with the serving size. Sometimes it's generous other times it's pathetically small.
