Rally's

I placed an order at the store and they were missing my slushie and sundae and immediately I was told to go through the app, but I ordered with the website. The website told me to contact the store and I did and they kept telling me to go through the app and there was no way for me to get a refund on the two items that were missing very displeased. I would’ve been satisfied with a substitution if I knew there was going to be no way I could get my money back. I’m practically just giving free money out

Best place to go for fast food is this Rallys. Food was great and fresh. Atmosphere was so clean and nice. The staff there are so friendly and patient, I have never had an issue with my food being wrong or cold, the service is very quick even when you order online. Everybody their works and they are so friendly. I would highly recommend this rallies in particular to go to if you want good food and good service for your money

This small fry portion is just sad. And they forgot our dipping sauce, had to park our car, get out, and get it (took a while for acknowledgment). Other than that, the food was actually really good, lol. Too bad the whole experience was not.

Never order from this Rallys!!! They took almost an hour to have my food ready for the driver then they didn't give the full order then on top of all of that the food was cold and the fries container had like 5 in it. Big Buford® Combo was a waste of an order!!! I would never order from Rallys again!!!

The restaurant was very clean. Service was okay other than the young man who took our order was eating. Food was nasty. I had the fish sandwich that was hard and distasteful. It seems that the sandwich was already made on just how hard fish and bread were from sitting under the heat lamp.
