Rally's

This location is absolutely pathetic. Rally's is probably my favorite fast food chain in the area. Unfortunately, there have been seven times in the last two months where the doors to their lobby have been locked during normal business hours. This is despite the "open" sign being lit up. I went there at 2:05 pm today, and even though the open signs in the front and side of the building were on. The doors were locked. An employee was sitting in one of the booths, but didn't even bother to make an attempt to get up and explain why I could not get in, or apologize or anything like that. I ended up going to Taco Bell instead, and had a sub-par lunch. This location used to be good, but I'm not going to waste my time on it anymore.

First time at this establishment. I ordered 2 $5 specials. Ask for cheeseburger no onion which is on the receipt. I guess employees can’t read. Cheeseburgers has onions all over it. Also they did not put our apple pies in our order. Shows how much employees are paying attention to orders. Food ice cold and greasy and going straight in the trash. Will not be back this was a horrible experience.

The cashier at the window was so kind and talkative (Young gentleman with tattoos, i wish i would have got his name!)! Food was extremely fresh, hot and delicious!

I want it known and understood. Serving TWO raw chicken sandwiches is beyond my comprehension. I got a full refund. But now, im sitting at the ER feeling the nausea and sweats from eating uncooked chicken. I want it known that people will WAIT FOR FULLY COOKED FOOD. So pay attention to your timers on the fryer. Do not pull chicken when its not even CLOSE to being ready. John. Do better. Yes I am calling you all the way out for serving death between two buns. Think about it next time you drop the fry basket. If this turns into a medical issue and my health is compromised considering my condition. You'll be hearing from me again.

Forgetting Bacon on a BBQ Bacon Buford is hilarious. Even the AI taking their orders couldn’t help them get my order right. The lady had to help it. And still got it wrong.
