First time there Everything is good. But I don't get the hype. Honestly not the most tender or moist fried chicken I've had. But definitely not greasy like others. The bread and dressing where definitely my favorite part.

I had a terrible experience at this Cane’s drive-thru. When the employee handed me my drink, they spilled it all over me. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, they started laughing. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but laughing at a customer who just got soaked is unacceptable. No apology, no concern at all. This showed a complete lack of customer service and basic respect. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Really liked our first time at raising Cane's. No big menus nor pretensions. Just really good food options. We'll come back for sure

Food was ok, chicken fingers were really small, i didn't have enough of sauce, the cup they provided with the combo was so tiny. Ketchup was empty instead of filling it they gave me 2 mini containers. Coleslaw was really tasty, they gave me my food to go because they were cleaning, it was midnight and they close at 2am, good at least they were open.

Raising Cane’s – Yuma, AZ We stopped at the Raising Cane’s in Yuma while driving back from California to Arizona, and honestly—I’ve never seen a Cane’s run this well. We ordered two Box Combos and one Caniac Combo, with extra sauce, extra bread, and extra coleslaw. The place was absolutely packed—there was a consistent line of at least 15 people out the door, plus a busy drive-thru. Despite that, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. Every employee had a smile on their face. People were actively cleaning inside and outside, trash was being taken out nonstop, and everyone clearly knew their role. By the time I finished paying and the manager was still getting my drinks, our food was already up. That alone was impressive. We used gift cards that were given to us after a previous Raisi
