I have been here twice & both times were during peak lunch hours. No issues with the drive thru. It was well organized. I love their canes sauce and the chicken isn't greasy. ***Food Mood Note: minus 1 star because both times their Diet Coke tasted like plastic and isn't bubbly. I threw it away.
I was exited about Raising Canes coming to Worcester because I was driving to Marlboro to go to Raising Canes. I went for the first time today and let's say, I was NOT impressed. Fries were a little soggy and for $13.78, I would expect my plate to look better than it did. I will pass on the Worcester location and continue to drive to Marlboro. I'd rather go where I KNOW the food is gonna be as it should. Also, the wait time was longer than it should be. If this is a part of the same chain, then it should be the same like going to a Chick-fil-A....no matter what location or state I go to that has one, everything is consistently the same. I was trying to upload a picture of my plate. These tenders were VERY small and was not worth buying. The bread covered the fries. It wasn't that many so
Chicken fingers were tender and tasty as was the dipping sauce. Fries were soft. Cole slaw was fair. Too noisy to hear my companion. Would return for the chicken fingers
A great use of a small space. We liked the clean open contemporary design of the kitchen and counter. All of the staff seemed happy and eager to serve. The food was delicious - hot, crispy, juicy! The sauce slaaaaaaapped. And it was a delightful experience. I dined with a young woman that I mentor and we were able to have a great conversation while we dined. Even took some to go for another friend at home!
Truly disappointed, today right before lunch purchased a 12 dollar meal and the mobile app “raising canes chicken fingers” scammed me. It took my 12 dollars and I told the manager it took my money and showed proof of purchase to the manager and still refused to give me my order. She kept simply saying I had to repurchase the meal although I already paid and kept showing the receipts…
