Customer Reviews
Amazing food served in the blink of an eye. The employees were over & above our expectations. They were so friendly, even checking to be sure every customer was pleased after they got their meals. They had a great atmosphere & crowd. Communication with the chefs was on point. The food was hot, freshly made & the extra bread really finished the meal off to perfection. We loved their special sweet honey sauce!! This was by far the best food & friendliest service I've experienced on this trip. BRAVO Raising Cane's YOU ARE LOVED.
First I’d like to say the teamwork I witnessed while waiting in the establishment was impeccable. Outstanding work. I’d like to mention specifically J and Janayah the two young ladies working at the front counter demonstrate incredible customer service skills. Both ladies had smiles on their faces while handling a high volume of customers with great communication to their guest and team. I had to a wait a little while for my order but this team made it a fun time. Makes me want to reconsider where I work! Great job yall! You rock.
The chicken strips here are absolutely fantastic — hot, juicy, and full of meaty flavor 🤤🔥. The toast is perfectly done 🍞✨, and the sauce is seriously amazing, probably the star of the meal 🥫😋. The fries are okay on their own, but honestly, they shine when used as a vehicle for that incredible sauce 🍟💦. The coleslaw is just average 🥗😅, but you can swap it out in a combo for extra toast or fries, which I totally recommend 👍. One downside is that the menu feels a bit limited — the Caniac combo gives you chicken strips, fries, toast, coleslaw, and sauce, which is basically everything on the menu. The only real alternative is the chicken sandwich, which is just three strips on a bun 🍔🍗. I wish they had more variety like KFC, Zaxby’s, or Popeye’s for sides and mains 🤔. That said, the staff is
I’d never been to a Canes before this one opened on Brookside (I know- different conversation). The first time I gave in to the aroma of fried chicken and pulled up to the menu/speaker I broke into a huge smile. I was greeted immediately by a kind, friendly, engaging, human, with a great personality! The food was very good, though I did spice it up at home, (appreciate the fact it isn’t a salt lick- but needs some black pepper & garlic?) and my experience was amazing. These fun interactions are becoming more rare, however, the crew at the Brookside Canes is a great group. You can tell they enjoy working together, don’t have a robot in charge and are having a good time. S/O to Jay (sp?)who sparkled straight through the speaker today and is destined for motivational, inspiring, public spea
I ordered The Box combo with lemonade. Great, quick service, and an excellent design for the parking lot and drive-through, with the drive-through routing to the back to not interfere with the normal parking lot. Then, there are multiple lanes and fans for when traffic gets heavy, although I've never seen it super packed. The chicken itself was tender and juicy, albeit not super flavorful by itself. The fries were decently crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cole slaw is nothing special, and the Texas toast is unfortunately bland and soft. The lemonade is a good level of sweetness to be refreshing and cut the savory without being overly sticky or sweet. Not the best food in the world, but for a fast-food place, it hit everything needed for the right price.
