Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The people there are nice, but these are two of the chicken tenders I got in my six piece. The person putting the boxes together needs to be re-trained. It's one chicken tender that broke into two pieces. They also forgot my extra sauce as I paid for.

I catered from this location Saturday January 10th for my birthday. The customer service is top tier! I appreciate the team getting the order done quickly. Food was a hit at the party! Thank you to the whole team for being amazing! You all need big raises.

My son wanted to cater his rehearsal dinner with Canes. It was delicious. They included a lot of sauces, bread, coleslaw and even ketchup when requested. The staff was friendly, the food delicious, hot and ready ready on time. Great choice!

I love their Cane Sauce and their honey mustard. It's so hard to find a good balance in a honey mustard and they hit it spot on. I wish they gave me the extra sauce I ordered, but otherwise service was great.

I’ve always liked this franchise, but this particular location gave me the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The manager refused to let us use the restroom, saying they had just been cleaned. I found this extremely offensive — as a paying customer, access to the restroom should not be denied simply because employees don’t want it used after cleaning. Because of this, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I’m leaving one star due to the shameful and unacceptable customer service at this location. You clearly have a lot to learn about customer service from locations in other states.
