Customer Reviews
First time at Raising Cane’s and I’m honestly impressed. For a fast-food restaurant, the service was shockingly good. The manager was so attentive — she came over several times to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care is rare anywhere, but especially in fast food, and it really stood out. The chicken was fabulous, and let me just say… that sauce is to DIE for. Seriously, it’s what makes the whole meal unforgettable. My only wish is that they offered grilled chicken options, because everything being fried is a little limiting — but overall this was an amazing first experience and I’ll definitely be back. Went in to try canes and was severely disappointed. As I walked in I saw my order on the pick up shelf thats next to the doors. I asked the workers if I needed to tell them my name or check in, in anyway and was told "no". Immediately went home and noticed my drink had approximately 40% of my cup full of ice even though I ordered no ice due to my sensitive teeth. I ordered two extra canes sauces and didn't get them. The canes sauce tasted way too salty so probably a good thing I didn't get the extra one's but I did still pay for them. The chicken was soggy and flavorless other than the over powering taste of salt. The fries were salty and soggy like the chicken. The coleslaw was watery. Not sure what all the hype is with this place but I will never eat canes again.
Cain's, longtime favorite, from an even more longtime favorite, I came in on this night expecting to dine, talked about previews frustrations when it came to the sauces offered with the fries, I like a side of sauce with my fries at no extra cost other than with the combo. I expressed a couple difficulties I had in that confusion from prior interactions. The teller was great, I don't know his name, but he was great. He made sure to let the others know about my meal, had it ready very quickly from the chef. Once the chef came to me with my order he had it in a bag and ready to go. But I was wanting to dine, it's late at night I can only assume that's his current regimen. I was provided two extra sauces due to previous misconceptions with sauces being provided with the original combo. When y
Stopped in for a quick bite and became quickly awestruck by wait time. Customer service was actually great by the cashier and second windows. Food was incredible on my prior visit. This visit my food was cold, further perplexing me about the situation. I watched the first three cars I. Front of me each take over 3 minutes each to Kobe from the last windows, 2 of them having to pull to the overflow stalls. The next two vehicles took two to three minutes before I finally got to the pickup window. From there I was able to observe that, quite surprisingly there were at least 5 employees on active duty, based on the time it took to move the line along (15 minute transaction with 5 cars in line) I was certain there would be at most 2 employees on the premises. Im far less frustrated than cur
Our cashier Kendrick was super nice and friendly and adds a fun vibe to the restaurant. ^-^ Amazing customer service! Fry sauce is amazing, bread was super soft. Very nice location and clean.
