Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I recently stopped by Raising Cane’s in Queen Creek, AZ, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the team was upbeat, efficient, and friendly — you can tell they’ve got a great vibe going on. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned — juicy on the inside with just the right crunch on the outside. You can’t beat the Cane’s Sauce — I’d come back just for that! The crinkle-cut fries were golden and satisfying, and the Texas toast? Buttery, soft, and grilled to perfection. I also appreciated how fresh and simple the coleslaw was — a nice balance to the meal. My husband and I have been fans of Raising Caines for years, it always been our go to for a quick meal and we love the chicken. Unfortunately in the past year,zxz this location has fallen short on quality, more than a few times during our visits. Our last visit I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was horrible. The chicken was slopped with an enormous amount of sauce, and the bun looked like it was ran over by a truck. While I understand the crew gets extremely busy, I don’t believe there is ever an excuse to rush and skimp on quality. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. Explained my issue with the chicken sandwich and his response “So, you have a problem with the bun?” At that point I knew where the conversation was going, and I ended the call. This will sadly

Some of the best chicken I have ever ate, however with that being said, it is very expensive. For my family of 4 it was 72$ for all of us to get a combo each. Bottom line, really good food but you will be spending a good amount of money to eat here.

Always solid, though generally a little over hyped. I will say that one of my chicken strips fell off my plate when I picked it up from the counter and the promptly gave me 2 fresh ones. That was good customer service.

I would normally applaud Raising Cane's, because if there's a fast food joint that has figured out how fry chicken fingers, its them. However, if there's a restaurant that can forget to include the extra sauce that I paid for, its them too. I don't k kw about you, but I use that sauce on everything. I dip the Texas toast in it, the fries, and obviously the strips. 1 sauce for 4 strips, fries and 2 pieɓ
