This Raising Cane's is brand new to this area. It is bright, attractive, upbeat and makes good chicken! The employees were helpful and on top of their game today. I'll go back!

For an opening day, this was one to remember! The service was amazing and they handled the rush so well, our food got out within 3min of our order; they were definitely prepared for Portage!

I went to this place because I heard it just opened and wanted to give it a try. I didn’t mind the long wait, and I even appreciated the key chain and pen they were handing out when we were almost at the drive thru window. However, the person taking my order could not understand anything I was saying. I had to repeat the menu item about three times and explain what kind of drink it was, but she still seemed confused and unsure about what she was doing. The ordering process took a long time, and it was embarrassing and uncomfortable having to repeat myself over and over. I just wanted to leave. The food was okay, but because of this experience, I don’t think I will come back again.

First visit at drive through when line wasn't out in the road. It went quick. The employee that took our order was nice. Got home, food just ok. Didn't get the extra toast I paid for. Thought fries would be hotter and crispier. Maybe next time we will go inside and try.
