I have checked into Raising Canes a couple times through the drive thru but I actually got the chance to eat at the venue today to get the whole experience. It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For

Pros - No wait in drive-thru late night. Everyone smiles & friendly. Overall good quality food. Juicy chicken. Good packaging and ample napkins. Fair pricing. . Meh - Toast was okay, don't see the hype, nor need for another carb on the plate. Sauce was just okay as well, they should offer blue cheese, BBQ, honey-mustard & buffalo sauces. Coleslaw was mid. I appreciate that it was not overly sweet, but I think there was a bit too much raw onion included. Suggestion, be sure to ask for light ice. Coke not as good as McDonald's (yes, there is a noticeable difference). . Cons - Some hiccups in drive-thru, not a smooth ordering experience, was minorly frustrating and not quick. Windows confusing, no one ahead of me, but I was told to park past the 2nd window. Tenders large, but thin, could be

The menu is simple; chicken tenders in different quantities with a dipping sauce (like what locals know as fry sauce) extra spicy and extra salty, served with coleslaw, Texas toast or extra-long thin crinkle cut French fries. Drinks include fresh squeezed lemonade, brewed iced tea sweetened or not and soft drinks. Ordered and quickly received the three chicken strips (tenders) combo, my friend got the sandwich, basically the three chicken tenders on a bun. Chicken: one choice. Fresh, not frozen, hand battered with a mild tasting breading, not fried up dark. The oil uptake from the fryer is also light in flavor with no particularly strong or off taste. The chicken was very hot to the touch in temperature, was told they make to order, and do not store under heat lamps. The size of the strip

The restaurant opens today and I had no complaints; the food, atmosphere, and service were perfect! The fast-food restaurant has a drive-thru and seating indoors and outdoors. You order your food and sit down at a table, but there are servers who serve and pick up your food after you are finished! The servers even come to your table and ask if you need anything while you eat. So, it is a fast-food restaurant with sit-down restaurant service, unlike typical fast-food places. The atmosphere was similar to Red Robin or Applebee's where they have unique memorabilia such as an Elvis picture, Boise schools sports jerseys, and other unique things like a salmon, neon lemonade glass light, and a picture of Cane III, their white lab mascot. They also have disco balls on the ceiling, like you are go

Very disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s. The chicken strips were not cooked properly—extremely soft and not crunchy at all. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of sauce options; there’s no variety for the chicken strips, which makes the meal feel bland and limited. The fries were just okay, nothing special. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt chaotic. No one asked if I had been there before, and there was no clear direction on where to go to order, which made things confusing. I understand they just opened, but I was expecting something more decent. The environment is very small with limited seating, and managers were standing around looking lost rather than helping direct customers. The music was also way too loud, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. Ov
