Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

First time I have been to this Cane's. Very Clean inside and outside.Employees are very Polite,Kind,Respectful and friendly they all had Smiles and Greeted everyone coming through the door.Ms.Monica Welcomes you with her beautiful Smile she is a Sweetheart she took my order that day. The manager on duty was Erin.The other young lady at register was Emily.

Super friendly staff and the usual great quality you expect. We came for the artist signing of the carnival poster and were really impressed by the organization and efficiency, too!

Worst attitude ever. I stopped here to get a large Coke and a lemonade for my son and I. I asked for easy ice because otherwise the drink to ice ratio is disappointing. After two sips the Coke was basically gone, no exaggeration. I politely asked if they could remake it with less ice and at first she told me I would have to pay for another one. After I explained the situation she did remake it, but she was extremely rude and slammed the drink in my hand that it splashed on me. No apology, no thank you, nothing. Very disappointing customer service.

Special thanks to the Canes guy who called me! I made an order from the app and I mistakenly made the pickup time for midnight instead of noon the next day. He called to double check on the pickup time. GOOD JOB BUDDY!

I absolutely love this place! How simple a business model but fantastic. The staff was awesome and friendly. Best chicken fingers around. Hard to rave about something so simple as crinkle cut fries and coleslaw but it was top notch as well. I wish they were everywhere and hope to see them to continue to grow.
