Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe - New Orleans

This is a really chill smoothie/juice spot in the West Bank! The inside was very clean and spacious. The person who got my order was nice and patient with me when I had questions about the drinks. Since we wanted something sour, she recommended the Lemon Mint Refresher ($5.99) & a small Tropic Mood Juice ($7.99). We also got their Avocado Boost ($10.99). The Lemon Mint Refresher, in my opinion, is a MUST TRY. It had the perfect blend of mint and sourness from the lemon flavor. Plus the price is pretty decent for the sizing of it too. The Tropic Mood Juice was really good as well. It had a strong sour apple flavor to it which I really liked. First, the aesthetic is on point. I love the vibe of the place. Definitely puts you in the mind of being on the island. The quality of product is top notch. You can tell that the company had invested in fresh, quality products. Additionally, I loved that they also serve sandwiches and desserts. Lastly, I loved finding out that its Muslim owned and has special hours for the month of Ramadan.

I always order at this Cafe via UberEats; #2 Bora Bora Crepes, Spanish Latte, #13 Nutella Custard Croffle, # 14 Blueberry Cream Cheese Croffle, and last but not the least, the Mocha Haze Protein Shake (the best) 🤎 I pretty much order snacks here almost every time I had a long day of just studying. Theyve got the healthy, flavorful snacks. Well I just ran 4 miles this morning and decided to treat myself, so I decided to check it out in person today and I was not disappointed. This place is pretty brand new it seems like. The cafe is very clean and spacious. So vibrant! Very “Dubai-like” vibe you know very extravagant and colorful -kind of vibe. We tried this place and it was pretty good but it also fell short in some places. None of the crepes are filled, they’re just topped with sauces which made them a little dry. I’ve never had them not filled and definitely wouldn’t order them not filled again. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft inside, great texture. It was really clean, workers were helpful and the menu was really big. It was pretty expensive though, we got 6 (one of them was a slushy) items and our total was $80.

Great place! The smoothies are super fresh and taste amazing—definitely not watered down like other spots. The crepes are just as good, thin and soft with plenty of filling. I tried the Iced Lemon Mint and it was perfect. Staff is really friendly and the vibe is cozy, a great spot to hang out or grab something quick. I’ll for sure be coming back!
