Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Your chicken fingers are not battered correctly like they were when you first opened!! We have been here 5 times and the first 2 times were great...but yesterday the chicken was barely battered so they were not crispy at all! Why can't you stick to your original recipe? This is why we stopped eating at Kentucky fried chicken restaurant, there chicken strips are not crispy anymore!! Dissatisfied and disappointed!! Will eat somewhere else!!

They ensured my tailgate order was freshly made and very close to the scheduled pick up time. The staff are very friendly and fulfilled the order exactly how I requested.

Brendan has amazing customer service. He was working the register, clearing tables, answering questions, handling complaints, grabbing to go boxes, all while providing exceptional service. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a fast food restaurant. I’ve never had as good service as he provided me.

OF COURSE THEY GOT TOO POPULAR. SO NOTHING IS THE SAME ANYMORE. EVERYTHING IS SMALLER PORTIONS. THE CHICKEN TASTES LIKE IT WAS FROZEN. ITS NO LONGER BATTERED IN THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT. Now I don't care if they open a location in my city or not. It is what it is.

Service here is great and orders here are made quick. Never disappointed when we grab food from here.
