Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I will not be going back to this location. To start off the service is not acceptable the drive through staff does not listen to the orders I had to repeat my self saying two sweet teas lite on ice and the guy kept saying one tea and one water after the 3rd time he understood me. Then when I get to the window they take my card then had me my drinks and say my food will be out in a second. I watch my food get place on the counter when two employees where laughing taking the persons order and that was behind me. They then had me my food after 2 minutes of me waiting at the window with my food on the counter that was in front of them. They never handed me back my card and I had to call back to tell them they never gave me back my card and I did not notice tell I got home because I was taken b

Our fries had a hair on it and our order was wrong. We ordered 2 "3 finger" combos and asked for one to have slaw instead of fries and for the lemonade to have no ice, the cashier had to be told no ice multiple times and the slaw was instead put in as extra sauce, we choose to trust the order would be right otherwise and didn't check the contents. We arrived home and noticed the problem when about to eat. We tried to call customer support twice and they hung up 1st time then put us on hold the 2nd.

Cathy was so nice to me, despite me being dressed up! An amazing person and amazing worker. She also handed out canes coozys which was above and beyond! 10/10 experience and our food was amazing too!

This Raising Cane's location is my favorite. They are always super sweet, and if you don't show up for your food - they really make an effort to find you! This location is also extremely clean and well-decorated inside. I enjoy coming here!

10/15/22-good food for a good price even with inflation hitting restaurants. The customer service was really good and the lady at the register was friendly and helpful. Like had known before that you could sub out your coleslaw for extra Cane's sauce. The food was also ready super fast. Also when they were wiping down the tables they were also cleaning off the seats and even the back of the seats which most places miss. An all around good experience.
