Chicago Mike's Beef & Dogs

I died and went to heaven at Chicago Mike’s: excellent Chicago Dogs, Fries and superb Italian Beef’s. Make sure that you go “Wet” on the Beef’s. Great Chef: all the food is equal or better than the best places in Chicago.

Service was wonderful and the pricing was excellent. The onion rings were crisp and delicious. I'm giving 3 stars for food because the burger tasted like a Costco burger and the cheese was like Kraft. Really was disappointed in the main dish. Maybe it was a one off as the place was busy or maybe just my taste buds.

Just happened to be in the area and needed a quick snack. This place popped up as soon as I opened up my maps. Decided to give it a try. I only tried the Chicago Dog with everything on it. Granted that I've never been to Chicago, but this was definitely 🔥 one tasty dog!!! The snap of the dog, the poppy seed bun, and even the perfect amount of celery salt. I was so impressed that I even ordered one to go!!!

I love Chicago Mike's!! Everything they make is delicious, but their Italian beef is second to none. They are consistently good. I have never had a bad meal from there. My favorite place to eat

After 9 years, I finally made it to a spot I've been wanting to try. As a Chicago native, I’ve tried many places that claim "Chicago" in the name, but Chicago Mike's Beef & Dogs truly delivered. My family and I had the Italian beef, gyro, chili cheese dog, and of course, the famous Chicago pizza puffs. Everything was delicious and captured that authentic Chicago flavor, right down to the juices and hot peppers. This place is definitely a gem in Colorado. The service was very friendly quick and family-oriented. If you’re craving real Chicago food, give it a try—I can’t wait to go back!
