We spent $43 on dinner for 4 (one kid’s meal) and the portions look like they shrunk. We won’t be back. The kids working the registers all look “busy” doing nothing, not paying attention to customers or often forgetting drinks/lids. The music is usually so loud (majority of Cane’s are the same) it’s hard to have any conversation. Theses prices for the amount of food at a FAST FOOD joint is crazy!
Here 3 weeks ago on a Thursday/Friday. Ordered the Caniac Combo with 3 extra sauces, it was between $20-$21. Replaced coleslaw for extra Texas toast. Very expensive. My friend ordered a 25pc tailgate order with some sauces for like $40-$50 which was not too bad, they were out with it fast too. They asked him what sauces he wanted and he said 50/50 of both options, but they only gave him Cane's sauces. Moderately fast drive-thru experience. The food was delicious. The only reason it's 3 stars is because it was $20-$21 - I remember 5-6 years ago it was $12-$14. That's insane. -- Pro tip: Go to Walmart, get the Great Value Chicken Finger Dipping sauce, it's exactly the same thing for like $1.40 for a bottle. I found this out after-the-fact.
I came in with my little son, we were greeted by all the staff and an incredibly friendly atmosphere. We then proceeded to make a huge mess with a spilled drink. DJ the manager deserves his position or one higher! He was beyond kind and polite, not the typical experience I've had with spills in other places. If there is a chance in his future he deserves a raise! All the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Thank you!
Normal Raising Cane's get 5 Stars, but this was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time at a fast food place. It started with going through the drive thru. The girl handed me my drink but the lid wasn't on all the way and it spilled all over me. All she said was sorry didn't offer me another drink. They gave me my food, and I drove 10 minutes down the street to eat with my daughter. Daughter. The french fries were undercooked, and their Texas toast, which is usually really good was really cold. The chicken was fine. I am not sure I will be going back to this place.
We stopped in because my son's school was having a fundraiser. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Good was delicious, hot and fresh! Highly recommend!
