This 1 star review is directed specifically at one employee and I am really hoping that the franchise owner sees this and responds to me. I placed a drive thru order for two 3 pc combos. When we got home we saw that one of the containers just had sauce , so we only got one of the two combos that we ordered. So I had to go back out, waste gas and go back to the store to pick up the second one. On the way, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered said he was, so I explained what had happened and told him I was on my way to pick up the 3 pc combo that they had not given me and that I expected a free combo for the trouble of having to come back. He repeatedly told me that they would be happy to give me the combo they failed to give me the first time, but that
The food is consistently well made. Understanding there is also a consistent 20min wait. Ive only used the drive thru. The employees have always been friendly. I dont see how they can always have such a long wait when literally all they cook is fries and chicken fingers, even the sandwiches are made with the same chicken fingers. With 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru expect to wait 20 to 30min sometimes. Compared to other fast food places in the area that dont have nearly as long of a wait and much more variety in their menu.
This is a really nice Cane's! The parking lot is spacious, the drive through had an employee outside to greet you, inside is super clean (including bathrooms) and nicely lit. We sat outside on the patio. There is a screen so you can still hear your name called. When the employee saw we needed an extra set of hands she happily grabbed a tray to bring outside. While outside multiple employees greeted us and asked if we needed anything from inside. We just moved to NJ and the Cane's in TX were nothing like this-I would dread when my kids would ask to go. Today was a much better experience and we plan to visit again;
I haven't had Cane's chicken since I lived in Houston 7 years ago. Ive been waiting for my opportunity to get down to South Jersey to finally get to Cane's. I pulled in and got into the outside drive thru lane, which was empty... I sat there while 5 cars in the left lane were taken care of. No one spoke to me on thebright side.. I was more and more aggravated by the minute. I drove away. I made my way around the building and got into the left lane and then I see 3 cars pull into the right lane where I was before... the order taker started taking their orders, and I was instantly pissed off. Lost my appetite and wanted to just leave at that point.... What am I stupid or something? Does Cane's find humor in making new customers angry just trying to order food?? I mentioned the issue to
The day after the blizzard, I was frustrated after trying to find a post office that was open, and stopped in a Raising Cane's for dinner. There wasn't a car in the lot, but took a chance and saw that they were opened. The young man at the register was professional and polite, and I was so pleased that they were opened and the young man's professionalism that I tipped him $5, and let him know I appreciated his work ethic for being there after a blizzard. It was my 2nd time trying the chain, and the food was delicious.
