IHOP

Horrible experience! They cooked a crayon into my son’s food and tried to blame it on us! I am attaching a picture. Keep in mind none of us had crayons on us and my child is past the age of getting crayons at the table. This was ihops crayon and they tried to blame it on us. I am monitoring my son for illness ever since we got back. I will never go back to this establishment!

Always enjoy coming here. Food is always on point and my friend are frequent so they already know what we want.

I am writing to express a concern regarding a recent visit and an unexpected price difference on an order I get very regularly. I frequently dine at your restaurant and usually sit with a server named Maddy. I consistently order the same meal: steak tips with eggs and American cheese, two blueberry pancakes, and two orange juices. Every time I order this exact meal, the total comes to about $22, and it has always been the same price. On my most recent visit, I sat with a different server I believe her name Sophia or maybe Sophie and ordered the exact same items. However, my bill was approximately $10–$12 higher than what I normally pay. I politely explained that I order this meal all the time and that it has never been that high before. Today, when I came in for breakfast, I had a great visit and the best experience with my server, Maddy. My family and I come to this restaurant pretty often, so the next time we’re here, we will definitely request her. The food tasted great too :)

Well first off the waitress didn't come over to our table for 8 minutes then took our order and comes back 2 minutes later and asks me....you wanted your eggs scrambled right??? Even tho I seen her write down.....food arrives roughly 10 minutes later....me and my wife begin eating and both of our sausages are not even warm they are cold....eggs are sorta warm...never seen the waitress again until we ask for the check...I seen 5 waitresses walking around so there was no way there should of been a long wait for food that can be cooked in 3 or minutes tops. I can honestly say we won't be coming back anytime soon even tho its a 3 minute ride away. We will gladly go further for better food somewhere else. We have been coming here for years and within the past 2 years service and quality of food
