Rai’s Pizza and Bar is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic New York–style pizza. Updated review: we tried the pigs fly pizza and it was soooo delicious! And service was prompt too! Old review: Super thin pizza and not baked for enough time. Server forgot things of several customers orders. But his apologies were acceptable. For a quick bite b/w classes at the ice house, can’t expect too much…

I got the Pigs Fly pizza sans bacon. Literally the best pizza crust I've had in 5-years. Thank gawd for a pizza restaurant this good with dairy-free cheese. That crust is delicious 😋

All crust and flop. The only edible portion of the pizza was paper thin. Very disappointing. New pizza maker, cutting costs, or just going downhill.

So yeah, I’m extremely late on the Rai’s Pizza train, because I was just blown away by how good their pizza is (and the wings were on the high side of good). Not many places offer you a choice of “spicy” sauce on the pie…throw pepperoni and banana peppers on that joint, and it’s an experience. Thank you Basil, Jenna Leigh Kuhn and Logan! Sorry for being many years late to the party, but I’m here now!
