Rainbow Donuts is seriously one of those places you’re so glad you discovered 🍩✨ Total hidden gem in Fountain Hills and absolutely worth stopping for. I picked up a strawberry frosted donut with a chocolate milk and everything was spot on from the first bite 🤤🍓🥛 The donut was fresh soft and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of frosting not overpowering at all and the flavors tasted clean and intentional not artificial or heavy. What really stood out besides the food was the customer service. Everyone was super friendly welcoming and genuinely happy to help which makes such a big difference these days 😊🙌 You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Best Old Fashioned I've ever had! Old Fashioned is my favorite kind of donut, and this place does it right. Crispy and luxuriously glazed. So good! And their 2 Donuts and M Coffee Special is a great value.

If I'm in a pinch and want food that's not far and fresh, This is my go to place. I never have to question if the quality of the food is going to be poor. They have exceeded and continue to excel in quality. Perhaps at one point they were a bustling sit down, and it's not bad to still do so, but it's just more preference to pick up an order and go. I am grateful to have them as an option here in fountain hills. Still the atmosphere is that of IYKYK Recommend the breakfast burritos and the croissant sandwiches, with a side of boba thai tea. and of course, the freshest donuts I've encountered within the radius, my personal fav is the blueberry glazed.

1. Heard the microwave door slam multiple times. (Heating up sandwiches) 2. Out of so many food items. 3. Questionable iced coffee. 4. Restrooms are STILL out of order from 3 month post. 5. Not a sit down place, seating area was not clean. This would be a “Just Get A Donut” place. If you want food, I’d prefer the Wendy’s next door.

Rainbow Donuts. Yum. So if you're local then you already know about this place. If not, you definitely need to stop by and grab some donuts and coffee. This is a great place to eat. Open at 5am. Freshly made. Not that frozen stuff that people like so much. Nothing beats a fresh made donut.
