I visited Raíces on Valentine’s Day with reservations at 6:30 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I had invited my brother and his wife to join us, and I was honestly extremely embarrassed by how the night turned out. Despite having a reservation, we didn’t receive our food until 8:30 PM — a full two-hour wait. All four of us ordered the churrasco (steak) and specifically requested it well done. When our meals finally arrived, the steaks were nowhere near well done — they were still red and undercooked. After such a long wait, this was incredibly frustrating. The service throughout the evening was poor. We felt overlooked, and there was little communication or urgency from the staff. My husband decided to bring me here today to eat and we ended up loving it. The menu is not to big which is a good thing and the options are good they have something for everyone. I ordered arroz blanco with beans and bistec and it was soo good it got served with small side salad. I also ordered a piña colada with no alcohol and it was amazing the dressing on the salad was also very yummy. I guess me and husband found our new spot to go to in Worcester.

They will charged you every thing. No free tap water. I got chicharon for $18 but we got charged $20. Mocktail is the same price as cocktail. So hard to communicate. We are not going back.

The food there is absolutely amazing, presentation, taste and deliver is on point. It was my first time Puerto Rican food, and it did not disappoint. Small little area in the corner of Main Street but it’s worth a try. The server was pretty funny but very nice. My only concern is the fact that it’s in the corner where some weirdos can be outside but just be safe

‼️RESTAURANT SERVING RAW FOOD‼️ Ordered and hour ago from the time of posting, delivery. Took an hour to complete the order and this is what i get. Only eat here if you are seriously considering salmonella. 🤡👌🏽
