Quick and easy ordering in a self serve kiosk, then your food is brought out on a robot on wheels. We ordered to go due to not knowing they had to go containers available on the counter. We got crab Rangoon, spring rolls, poke bowl and ramen. The crab Rangoon was delicious, very sweet, creaming and crunchy. Spring rolls were crunchy with a strong ginger flavor. The ramen was a small to go portion and was warm and not hot, even though we eat it as soon as it was dropped off. Wish we would have ordered in because the portions around us were much more. The poke bowl was very flavorful and fresh.
I got a ramen bowl, boba, and sesame balls. Everything was good but there’s multiple pieces of plastic in my smoothie. We also made sure it wasn’t seeds from a fruit that might’ve been blended. I love this place and come multiple times a year. But very concerned that there’s plastic in a drink.
There are no staff members taking orders or serving food.you have to order directly through a machine, and a serving robot brings your food. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. There are tables for both solo diners and groups. However, the food quality is quite low. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and chose shrimp as a topping, but the shrimp had no flavor at all. The ramen broth was lukewarm, . I chose ramen because I wanted a hot bowl of soup since I wasn’t feeling well, but I was extremely disappointed. Also, don’t expect traditional Japanese ramen here
Great poke bowls and other goodies. The atmosphere was good but bland. The service was fast and on point. Love that the staff was friendly even though they have a robot deliver the food. But the robot was fun to see.
After a long road trip, my family rolled into town hungry and ready for something fresh and filling—QZ Poke Ramen absolutely delivered. My wife built her own poke bowl with shrimp and salmon, topped with sweet ginger sauce. She raved about the generous protein portions and left feeling full and satisfied—just what she needed after hours on the road. My daughter and I went with the make-your-own ramen bowls, both loaded up with savory pork belly. The broth was rich and comforting, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. But hands down, the coolest part? A robot actually brought our food to the table! That little touch of tech made the whole meal feel extra fun and memorable for the whole family. QZ Poke Ramen hit the spot—tasty, creative, and a little futuristic!
