QZ Poke Ramen & Boba Tea - Zona Rosa

The staff were so friendly when we came in, and were patient as I read each menu item to my grandpa. The place was clean, the prices were very reasonable, and the FLAVOR! Just wow! This is my third time this week coming after being introduced just over a week ago, simply because of how yummy and affordable it is! To make a lovely meal even lovelier, the staff gave us a warm farewell and sincerely invited us to come back again soon. Definitely keeping this delightful little place in my rotation!

The food was great. Service was ran by young kids who are just there for a paycheck and awkward when asking questions it appears. They use a robot to deliver food... I don't get that part. The atmosphere is not welcoming. Half of the available seats are off to the side and hidden. If you like to not people watch its for you!

The ramen is good, the rest is pretty bad, the appetizers They're really bad. I ordered "tempura shrimp" which just tasted like oil with panko breadcrumbs. The calamari balls were just balls of dough with a tiny piece of calamari inside. It was expensive and disappointing.

We went for a quick shopping at Zona Rosa, during our shopping time we saw this place! My daughter is a huge fan of boba 🧋 so we tried it, she got Brown sugar milk tea with black sugar boba! We liked it a lot! She also got Strawberry Mochi (it’s like an ice cream, one of her favorite things now!! We will be back next time to try the ramen!! Very cool place! Great customer service as well ♥️

The atmosphere is modern and pleasant with lots of large windows and light. You order at a screen at the front counter and they make your food in the back. Your ordered dishes are then delivered by a very basic food delivery cart robot ... Kind of cool, but it basically just pulls up in the vicinity of your table and parks until you take your food off and push a button to tell it to return. Still, novel. I got caught up in conversation and forgot to get a video of the robot cart. Assuming your order is right, you could actually go without interacting with humans, potentially at all.
