QZ Poke Ramen & Boba Tea - Liberty

This location is amazing! It was our first time at this one and I was excited to try something new! I came with a friend a couple hours before close on a Friday. The Ramen was absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere was clean and relaxing; the music was nice and i loved the lighting at night. Employees were really nice and made sure we were okay with the kiosk! The only thing that threw me off a bit was the vanilla frozen mochi, because I didn't expect it to have chocolate drizzle. I've never had mochi frozen prior to this experience, and I'm not typically a fan of chocolate, yet despite that, it was really good! I'll definitely be back the next time I go shopping in liberty!

I will come again just to have the robot serve me food! The poke bowl had a good portion, and the presentation was great. Boba was a bit tough in the tea, but overall it was an ok drink.

This location is once again, a fight for survival! This was our first visit to this chain, so no expectations! My biggest question: WHY TIP???? You enter the establishment and start ordering on the kiosks while the employees stand around and attempt to solve a rubik's cube or play with a deck of cards and visit with one another! Kind of irritating since there was no chance to ask for a help or speak to anybody! We ordered our food then one of the workers, not looking up, yells, "grab a number!" Never a conversation of anything! We sat at a table and served ourselves and a robot brought our food, which was exciting for the kids to interact, but obviously ahs made the employees a bit on the lazy side! Atmosphere was so so, robot was definitely a really cool touch, my fried tofu wasn't fresh, tasted days old, but everything else tasted fresh & delicious

We love Ramen and this place is pretty good. We have been here probably 8 times. Unfortunately, it’s going downhill. My son (8) and I came tonight and it was $55. That’s fine if it’s good, but every time we come here something is wrong or missed. Tonight was a total fail. My Ramen order had 6 things in it I didn’t want and 2 things I did. On top of that the broth was cold. I always order extra eggs and they refuse to give them. Again I don’t care if they cost more. There was 4 other people in the entire place. Sad to say but I think that’s it for us.
