Abelardo's Mexican Fresh

The Texas rice bowl was incredible - generous portions, made with fresh ingredients and served piping hot! My guy had the surf and turf burrito and he raved about how good it was through every bite. The salsa and sauces were clearly house made and tasted fresh and delicious - the habanero specifically was fire! Super flavorful and not overbearing. I would have loved to try to dessert (I saw a cream filled something on someone else's table that looked incredible), but not trying it this time will give me a reason to come back! In which case will happen very soon. Keep doing exactly what you're doing! ❤️

This place has a very large menu! There are so many yummy choices! My husband and I ordered the taco Tuesday special and a cheesecake chimichanga. The tacos are fresh and crispy. The meat is nicely seasoned. We got our food to go so we already had a box for our leftovers! I love the salsa bar. The chimi was good. The tables are beautiful. Its a nice and fresh looking place and the dining room is nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Ordered a steak torta with sour cream.... no sour cream , no avocado (suppose to come with it, as well as onions .. had neither) ordered a carnedas torta with exstra avocado (again none) and it was also steak not carnedas . First time here and last... never going back... steak was good , fries were good as well... but what a disappointment.

The salsa bar is the only nice touch. There is no interaction with workers. You order on a kiosk. Every single thing is an upcharge. The food is NOT authentic. The portions are pathetically small. Mi mama would be rolling over in her grave at how bad the food was. It was very disappointing.

3 out of 3 items ordered were incorrect. One was the wrong item all together. The other two were missing things. This was especially bad because it was a take-out order and we didn't discover the problem until we got home. The taste of the food was good for what we received. But, I can't trust that a future order would be correct.
