Came here to get donuts and ice cream! Back door was locked! Donuts were thrown out @ 830pm! Ice-cream was unavailable @ same time! Waste of time driving over here!
I don't know what it would feel like to live in the hood, but if I did, this is what I imagine the QT there would be like. Back door broken for a week. Ice machines broken for 2 weeks. Floors dirty all the time. The same fountain drinks will be out of order for a week at a time. The only thing more broken than the things inside this QT is the pride of the people who are responsible for running it. It's an embarrassment to Lake St Louis. I won't embarrass them with photos...though i doubt they would care.
Women’s restroom was pretty clean, the shelves were stocked with plenty snacks, and the cashier was nice, per usual. Quick Trip employees are generally pleasant and get you checked out quickly, no matter where you are in the US!
Always running out of cups. The pellet ice dispenser is broken on both spouts, the one has been broke for months. Multiple flavors of tea and soda are always out of order.
QT is great and this location is top notch! Never seen a cold brew coffee tap but it is a welcome sight that I need in my life more. Really nice clean convenience store with tons of food and drink options. Friendly staff. Stocked window cleaning stations at the pumps as well
