QDOBA Mexican Eats

The service of this place absolutely SUCKS!!!!!! I made a mobile order and went inside about 15 minutes later to get it. There was not a soul to be seen until one of the girls with blue hair came out, looked us dead in the face, turned around, and never came back out. We then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes, which felt like an hour because it was so very hot and unbearable in this establishment, until finally we got service - not from the girl with blue hair. This other girl came out, and I told her we have a mobile order…she then STARTS MAKING IT!!! It wasn’t even started and no one was in the place!!!!!!! Then, we had to wait even longer for her to make the order while we are still standing there sweating because of the heat. I will say, the girl who made our order seemed to be the o

We stopped in tonight to grab a quick dinner after kids sports activities. My son, who is newly diagnosed Celiac, is learning to order how he can safely eat as well as ask them to change their gloves, make accommodations, etc. The staff, especially Tina, was very helpful in accommodating him and not making him feel bad about needing anything special. They even labeled his bowl with the allergy as they packaged it to ensure it was safe. As a mom watching a kid navigate something new, I was very appreciative of how they helped. All of our food was great, hot and good quality. Great service all around. We didn’t get our receipt somehow to leave an official Qdoba review but we wanted to be sure to share our appreciation somehow with tonight’s crew!

I think this place is nasty there bathrooms smelt like someone died there food wasn’t good the lady with the red hair and glasses Is very rude I never caught her name. I also think it’s very unprofessional how I came in one afternoon and all you could here was gangster slag and cuss words coming from the back area I could barely here the person taking my order. There is many things that need to be addressed with this food place seems like the workers don’t take pride in there work and if they do it’s very few. Definitely won’t be back to eat again very disappointed in taste service all of the above.

Great food. But dirty tables and floor. We sat at the only clean table and it was so wobbly we had to move to a dirty table. Guess what... that table was even worse. Very wobbly. Finally our 3rd table was not wobbly but it was dirty. We had to clean ourselves. 3 people behind the counter working on food. Maybe one more in kitchen. 2 customers in dinning area. So they weren't busy. The staff just wasn't cleaning dinning room. One table not the previously mentioned had a dirty rag under the leg to try to level the table better. My advice " get new tables !!" If the dinning room is dirty how does the kitchen look. In today's word we want clean ! Step it up .

PINK HAMBURGER MEAT, BE CAREFUL!! Got our order wrong and we were in line telling them what we wanted. Lady couldn't hear anything we were saying apparently and they let people cut in front of us. staff was not helpful at all and I couldn't even eat my burrito due to uncooked meat.
