CxT Roasting Company - Apollo

Great little find right downtown across from the Caterpillar building. They roast their own coffee and you can tell based on how good the coffee is. As I left the barista said "I hope it tastes better than it looks.". Looked pretty good to me and tasted even better! I'll definitely be back, very reasonable prices too. I don't know why you'd do the big chains when this is available right downtown!

Tristan brews a great cop of coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur (snob) the Mexican brew was very smooth, rich and creamy, no bitterness and quite tasty. My wife had a latte which was spectacular as well. The decor is pretty trendy. Nice and clean. We bought a bag of beans and we’re looking forward to trying the Mexican on our own as well! Going back for some more coffee and chocolates!

Excellent coffee with a broad spectrum of flavors. No signature drinks, but excellent choice of flavors and strong brew. Even threw in an extra shot of espresso for free. Nathan was highly knowledgeable about the product and super friendly and I really appreciate the time he took to have a good conversation with us. Prices are very reasonable. Will certainly come again and will also try the bigger location in Junction City.

The guys here are super friendly and their tea is amazing!!! Their new location is beautiful with a large relaxing lounge to enjoy your tea, coffee, or lunch!!!

Very good cappuccino at a fair price. Didn't hang around but it seemed like a very comfortable and welcoming place.
