QDOBA Mexican Eats

The food here is good. They have a nice variety of stuff. You tell them what you want and you simply tell them what to put on it and they build it for you. This place is great as a quick stop off the highway. There is not usually a line and the Frontline staff is usually decent about preparing your food quickly. You can sit down at the tables to eat indoors and outdoors it good weather.

Had an awesome experience at Qdoba in Mansfield! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Huge shoutout to Terri, Carter and Mason. They were friendly, fast, and went above and beyond with customer service. You can tell Terry really cares about doing a great job and making sure her customers feel welcome to the restaurant. Definitely one of the best Qdoba experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks again Mansfield Qdoba.

Found hair in my food. Tried to take picture but lowkey can’t see it. They also had no ice in their drink machine. and the cherry on top is that their “sweet” tea was not sweet. So food bomb but not worth the $15 and hair.

Management is horrible. I've given them 3 chances and each and every time there was a problem with the order placed on the app and they have treated me (or the person picking up my order) terribly. They kept me waiting for almost a half hour as they went to the back to "check on my order" just to come back and tell me that they don't see it, so too bad. I had the order confirmation on my phone to show them that it went through and they just kept telling me there was nothing they could do. This was supposed to be a birthday dinner, but I guess it's my fault it was ruined because I should've known not to go back here. Never again, I'll drive the extra distance to go anywhere else. I have no complaints about the food or workers on the line, that's the only reason this isn't 1 star

There is an employee here by the name of Love, she is the absolute best. She always goes above and beyond by remembering my order and making sure I get my extra sour cream. She is always so friendly I look forward to seeing her!
