QDOBA Mexican Eats

Absolutely terrible experience. Waste of money, inedible. Ordered a pickup order. Arrived about ten minutes after I had scheduled. Quesadilla had no cheese in it. Guacamole was turning dark green and tasted turned. Do not order from here. Total waste of money.

Ordered online pick up and got a create your own bowl and paid for extra meat and maybe got half a portion compared to all the other toppings “manager” refunded the order but could have better customer service skills

Parking had trash all over as if someone dumped emty can full of cups, straws, napkins all over. Inside was little better, place was empty (one family dining) but 1/2 of tables haven't been cleaned... Food sizes were ok but preparation needs to improve a little, my burrito didn't look like one at all (more of a snowball...). Music was full blast with dying speaker in the toilet.

Not a clean environment all tables had food on them and workers just sitting around cutting up. Food prep area not the cleanest. Monday evening around 7pm. Wouldn’t recommend this Qdoba at least night time. Hopefully I don’t regret later tonight from eating here.

The three young men working the night of 10/18 were incredible. They were very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I have been a loyal customer to this location for a while and they gave me the best service I’ve ever received. I am very pleased and will be back!
