QDOBA Mexican Eats

Stopped in and took my food to go. Everything looked fresh as I went through the line and my meal turned out great. The chips are salty as others have said, but I love them! They go great with the guac in my opinion.

The service here is by far the worst! I was driving home from Illinois and decided to stop here, big mistake. On top of the service being horrible the food was extremely salty and disgusting. I couldn’t stomach it at all. My Husband took one bite and threw his away. We both have high blood pressure and this food raised mines within a few hours of taking only 3 bites. Those chips are bathed in salt, rice undercooked and crunchy, beans flavorless. I’m starting to believe in this company less and less. I wouldn’t recommend this location and honestly the chain as a whole.

The employees are standing around vaping in the restaurant (got on video). Called 21 times and phone is ringing and nobody made an attempt to go to answer it. Manager Dylan was kind but deeply overworked with zero support

Stopped on a Friday evening for the surf and turf bowl. I had to wait 5 mins for shrimp to be prepared and as I went down the line they were missing a lot of items to be added to my bowl. I don't know if they under estimated the Friday night rush or needs new management but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I was picking up an order there for Doordash and the woman working the register did not acknowledge me standing there for over 10 minutes. I went over to the line to ask how much longer the order might be and she said that I was just a doordasher and could stand to the side and wait my turn. I told her she could at least treat me like a human being and acknowledge me standing there for 10 minutes. She was able to address her phone but not me. I was then told if I did not like it I could leave without my order and not come back. This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give a service level of 0 stars I would.
