After my visit, I can confidently say: Seis Modern Cocina does not disappoint. Ambiance From the outside, the restaurant is fairly discreet—almost understated. But step inside and the atmosphere completely transforms. The interior is swanky and modern, striking a perfect balance between upscale elegance and cozy warmth. My husband and I went for restaurant week. Seis offered exciting takes on classic dishes - the tuna tosada was so flavorful, I hope to get it again. Ella was great, very attentive and fun; the bartender knew exactly what she was doing back there with those drinks. This was an easy 5 star, I can't wait to go back.

Such a cozy spot the perfect mix of fine dining and casual comfort. The vibe is moody, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. We ordered the Fiesta Platter (paired with their 6EIS Margaritas, which were so good!) and the Ensalada de Caesar — that homemade dressing was a 10/10( we didn’t snap a photo because we inhaled it!). The tacos (asada, pollo, and beef) were all full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was incredible. Rob and Elizabeth, the owners, were so kind and attentive. They really made the whole experience feel personal. Between the presentation, the hospitality, and the overall vibe, it’s one of those places you instantly want to come back to. The food and flavor were amazing we can’t wait be back! 🌮🍹✨

We were looking for a modern take on Latino and found the most Fantastic bar and well selections, great building and acustics and very best tacos I have eaten in over 8 Latio Americans natios. No fuss,muss just real latin. And a bar tennder who is a mixologist mistress. Go eat enjoy

Beautiful cozy place, service was excellent, got a chance to meet one of the owners, she had an awesome personality! Food was delicious, and a decent amount for the price. I will definitely return and definitely recommend. I had steak and chicken tacos 🌮. The chips were deliciously homemade and not too salty the way I like them. This is a must try place.
