I have a a lot of of bad experiences with this Hartford qudoba. Almost wishing Hartford never had a qudoba. First my white rice is hard everytime I get it and double protein looks more like a little protein. The manager and one other don’t know if it’s a manager or not vape outside of the store in front of customers when they can go to the back of the store to do so. At times that I have been in that place everyone seems to be having the worst day of their life. I also heard a rumor around Hartford that at least half of a family works there. They all have different last names and different addresses so it would be hard to tell. Can someone in the headquarters do something. Please can we fix this it’s gotten to the point of me getting qudoba in westbend. So if anyone in these reviews would
Quesadilla was rushed, asked for double chicken, portions were not great, not even enough cheese in the quesadilla for it to stick together. Right after I picked it up most of the chicken is falling out. Was not an enjoyable meal.
Stopped in and had some of the carnitas tacos and burria tacos. Both were excellent and made to order. Wish portions were bigger or priced cheaper because $3.50 for small tacos sucks but they were very tasty so... 5 stars. Best Qdoba I've had in probably ever.
We were driving through this town and wanted lunch. We debated about stopping at the Mexican restaurant down the street or here. Unfortunately we stopped here thinking it would be quicker. We got in line and ordered our meals. I also ordered us two cups for water when checking out. With extra attitude I was told "we don't do that". Now after reading the reviews going back a few months, this has been an issue for awhile, with no plan of changing it. We get water at many other restaurants without any issues. I then ordered some chips and some medium salsa. Again, the guy gave me lots of attitude. Instead of explaing the options he just said there are many kinds. After taking a few bites of my chicken, I realized the quality of meat was terrible. I had a bite of my husband's steak and though
Incredibly rude manager when asked for a water cup, "We don't do that here". Well, if I can't have acup of water with my $15 meal (stingy portions compared to other qudoba may I add) , without buying a $4 bottle of water, then you made the incredibly easy decision to never come back.
