QDOBA Mexican Eats

This location has gone through a lot of up and downs. Currently it alright but depending on whose working they need to improve. Example my burrito was not wrapped tightly leading to it coming apart after getting home. Also the protective foil is not always wrapped entirely around the food leaving the food completely exposed in the bag. Example I'm uploading what it looked like when I got home. Also at times with some of the employee's there's a limited amount of English they can understand so they can become confused at times what you're asking.

i came with my friends during lunch time and we mobile ordered ahead, we came a bit earlier so we just sat down and waited for our orders to finish. when other people were waiting for their orders the workers would just tell them they’d be ready shortly. but once my friends and i walked over to pick up our orders we were stopped and told to “show confirmation we bought it” this felt targeted since like i said, no one before us was told to confirm anything or show proof of their mobile orders. this is so unprofessional and weird behavior.

The first two times I came was perfect. The last 3 times I came my order was stolen. They remade it but it wasn't double meat. The manager said I could call to have my order kept in the back. I called and was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called back twice more and was hung up on as well. I will never go back to this location. Absolutely terrible.

Chipotle for sure. from protein to quality of food. I tried them both within two week of each other before I made this review Update : I was compensated for my meals and the management went above and beyond. Very good food

I understand that places are short staffed and everyone is very stressed right now but the quality of this quesadilla is just trash! I have to eat it with a fork. It’s more ripped apart then cut into pieces, the cheese is not melted all the way leading to the inside spilling out into the container, and the employee was SUPER rude !! Very angry/irritated making for an awkward interaction. But it tastes great…
