I love their food! It outshines any others offered here in Great Falls that I have found so far. I have eaten Qdoba many times when living in Colorado and the different location lived up to my previous experiences.
I ordered one of the bowls from Doordash. This is the absolute worse food I have had in a long time! Talk about disgusting! The chicken was like cut up hotdogs without the hotdog flavor. Just nasty! The rest of the ingredients weren't good either. Definitely not Mexican food at all. I have had others tell me similar things. I won't torture myself and eat here again.
Lets be honest, it is QDOBA. It is the same food no matter which one you go to. The food is good, healthy'ish and my daughter likes it. What makes a chain restaurant stand out is the service and this location was horrific. We were the only people in line as it was late (we were there at 9pm and they close at 9:30). The only person behind the counter was cleaning the food area.......for 6 minutes before even acknowledging we were there. When he finally helped us, he was more annoyed that we were there instead of doing what he gets paid to do. It was frustrating to me because we are there to give the store money and don't deserve to get treated with poor attitudes. When I am back in Great Falls, I definitely won't be going back to that QDOBA.
Flavor and freshness of food is what should be expected. The one comment I have is that I came here for a hot lunch, not a cold sandwich or something of that like I ordered a burrito bowl and though the rice and meat were warm, the beans also, it gets buried under so many cold toppings that the entire bowl comes across as lukewarm or cold. If this was a salad, it would be one thing, but since it is a burrito bowl, a.k.a. a hot item, I think it should be a little bit more focused on being served as a warm menu item. I know everybody has opinions, I just wanted to share with you my input.
We love Qdoba but the new for a limited time Tortilla soup with a crispy shell is out of controll delicious and the portions are great! It's a MUST try for any fan or anyone who likes good taste
